The Refresh Token Flow is one of the authorization flows. It takes the Refresh Token that came with the Access Token when you authorized, and exchanges it for a new Access Token and Refresh Token once the old Access Token expires.

Authorizing with a user's username and password using OpenIddict. The full name of this flow is Resource Owner Password Credentials, though you'll also see it called the Password Flow.
